Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee shipment on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods within the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: (Estimated 2-5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail: (Estimated 1-3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: (Estimated 1-2 business days)

Please note that these are carrier-provided estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages
Sada Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
